Sales, R&D, investment and internal projects in one structure. Break the work down, plan it, and watch committed and actual spend against the budget as the invoices and orders land.
The mechanics are the same. What differs is where the money comes from and what counts as a result.
Sits against the customer contract. Milestones raise invoices, and margin is the plan minus what you actually spent.
Cost-only until it ships. Time and supplier spend accumulate per work package for grant claims and capitalisation.
Approved budget released in stages, with committed spend from purchase orders shown before the bills arrive.
Migrations, compliance work, office moves. Tracked so overhead is visible rather than absorbed.
The work breakdown on the left, the packages in the middle as a timeline, board or finance view, and the project's drawings on the right. Pick a node and the other two panes filter to it — no switching screens to find out what a level of the structure actually costs or when it finishes.

Each row carries the commitment balance and the balance left after it, so the exposure on a work package is a number you can read rather than one you have to assemble.

The same work packages as a board: not started, released, frozen, completed, cancelled. Drag a package to change its state, and the hierarchy, the timeline and the budget follow it — there is no second place to update.
Load the drawing into the project and mark it up: lengths, areas and counts measured to scale. Each point belongs to a category and a work package, and its measurements become a takeoff list of items with quantities and units.
That list raises the purchase order directly. Quantities are not retyped into an order form, and the spend lands back on the work package it was measured from.

Each contract, order, invoice and payment on the project plots against its date. Above the line an obligation opens; below the line one settles. So you can see when the project runs short of cash, not only whether it ends up profitable.
A sales project holds the customer contract that bills it, and the purchase orders and supplier bills that cost it. Nothing is re-entered against the project — the documents you already raised are the project's cost and revenue.
Project management is included from €15/month.
