Paylists LTD has appointed Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep) as its representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the EU GDPR. Paylists LTD has also appointed DataRep as its legal representative in the European Union for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), where that representative obligation applies to Paylists' Services. DataRep may receive and forward communications from EU Digital Services Coordinators, the European Board for Digital Services and other competent EU authorities in relation to Paylists' obligations under the Digital Services Act. DataRep is not Paylists' Data Protection Officer, is not a product-support contact, and is not responsible for customer support, billing, contractual notices, complaints or general operational enquiries.

Paylists LTD is not authorised or supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated payment services, hold client funds, operate payment accounts or execute payment transactions. Where regulated payment, banking, open-banking or payment-initiation services are made available through the Paylists software, those services are provided by independent third-party providers under their own terms and regulatory permissions.
